Account Support
(Jawa Timur - SIdoarjo)

Responsibilities:

The Account Support Officer will receive supervision and general guidance by Account Executive Area. The Account Support will be expected to work well in a team-oriented as well as individual environment. S/he will work closely with Account Executive Area in term of handling customer service activities which is inclusive maintain communication and developing relationship with both customers and internal departments. As the key resource for the organization relating to customer relationship and communications to external parties, the Account Support Officer will ensure that daily customer service operating procedures are fully implemented in commercial terms and conditions as follows :
a. To response customer’s enquiry timely
b. Pick up order creation
c. Web booking application inclusive process tracking, web
booking confirmation
d. Prepare logistics report through FAST
e. To record all return invoices, debit note request, credit note
request, manual invoice, cancel invoice and claim
f. Validation of Quotation DA
g. To quote regular services to customers
h. To check e-billing through Reject Screen on FAST
i. Must have a problem solving approach and a solid
understanding of FAST, WMS, HOCUS
j. Service review through continuous assessment. Improvement willl
be driven by existing data on FAST & customers expectations,
updated to internal departments (operations & finance) in regular
feedback based on recorded historical performance (e.g.
service trace, claims, POD report, Sales history report)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Applicants must be willing to work in SIdoarjo.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
