Guest Room Operation Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate guest room with their require needs, related with major facilities and service
• Ensure comfortable and conducive environment of the guest room area
• Support the implementation of clear rules and regulations for guest room area

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, with min. GPA 2.75
• Has min. 1 year work experience in a related position or field
• Experience in Hotels/Residential building
• Self-motivated and a Team Player at the same time
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good analytical & conceptual thinking skills, creative and innovative
• Computer proficiency and familiar with the internet
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work on Saturdays and to be posted in all BINUS units/locations
