Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Group CEO/ED, functional reporting to the GM, Finance
  • To supervise about 10 staff in the finance areas
  • Development and implementation of internal control, process management and improvement, policy and procedures
  • Implementation/improvement of computerised accounting system and management information system
  • Budgetary controls, preparation of forecast and projections
  • Working capital management and tax planning
  • Handle manufacturing accounts and statistics compilation
  • Statutory audits and reporting, familiar with financial reporting system

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, preferably with professional qualification, e.g. ACCA or CIMA Minimum 6-7 years experience with some external audit experience
  • Familiar in trading & manufacturing industry and experienced in ERP/computerised accounting system
  • The position require quite proactive personality with the capability of people management
  • Minimal travelling is required
