HR & GA Staff Post Date: 08 Jan 10 The HR & GA Staff is a team member in Accounting Department within PT. AMS who is accountable for assisting the Accounting Manager by implementing and monitoring the manpower planning, performing recruitment and selection process and assessment, organization planning and design, organization development and payroll administration. Responsibilities : Organization Planning, Design, and Development. Manpower planning. Recruitment and Placement. Training and Development. Salary and Benefit Administration. Record and Report Employee Attendance. Qualifications : Male or Female, age not over 25 years old Good English communications skills and Computer literate Bachelor's Degree in related fileds.
