SALES / MARKETING SUPERVISOR (SS)

Requirements :

• Male/Female, max 35 years old with pleasant personality
• Hold minimum S1 Diploma
• At least 2 years proven experience as Sales & Marketing Supervisor in food and or related industry
• Have Professional attitude, Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Strong work ethic, good organisation skill, high achiever and discipline work style.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and minimum supervision.
• Have own vehicle

Job Tasks :

• To meet aggressive sales objective by successfully creating & developing new customer/accounts, hence maintaining existing customer/accounts.
• To achieve company's sales growth objective and maintaining profitability, in the market by giving support & professional services.
• Enhancing relationship with customer/accounts by establish good rapport & trust.
• Good proven skill in preparing sales business plan & effective promo plan.
