Teledirect is part of the WPP group, the world's largest communications group. We provide outsourced call-centre services to the largest multinationals in the finance, telecommunications and IT sectors. Our range of services include customer service, telesales and technical helpdesk. Our other offices in the region are located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Thailand. Our call centre employs around 100 telemarketers and to aid our expansion, we are looking for individuals with initiative and drive to join our team in our Indonesian office.
QA Staff for Telemarketing
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Auditing sales calls made by Telesales (TSE) and to mitigate non compliance of information provided to customers and also measure conformance to the 10 golden rules.
- To deliver accurate and precise audit results with action plan for improvement.
- Retrieve and listen to archived call records and prepare Complaint Analysis Report on customer complaints received from clients.
- Perform live call monitoring on the call floor and provide immediate feedback to TSE and also Team Leaders. Coach TSE immediately if need be.
- Continuously monitor the performance of coached TSE.
- Prepare Call Calibration slides and sample recordings, schedule call calibration sessions and perform call calibration for the entire campaign.
- Periodically review all campaign deviation list together with project team to ensure it is constantly kept updated.
