Teledirect is part of the WPP group, the world’s largest communications group. We provide outsourced call-centre services to the largest multinationals in the finance, telecommunications and IT sectors.

Our range of services include customer service, telesales and technical helpdesk. Our other offices in the region are located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand & Malaysia.

Our call centre employs around 100 telemarketers and to aid our expansion, we are looking for individuals with initiative and drive to join our team in our Indonesia office.

Telemarketing Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• To manage the telemarketing team to achieve the plan sales numbers and ensure the client & campaign KPI is achieved
• To ensure the implementation of strategy, policy and system in achieving team productivity
• To provide directions and guidance to the telemarketing team
• To initiate the continuous improvement in sales, service, and customer satisfaction.
• To manage the cost and deliver profitable results for the assigned campaigns .
• To provide timely campaign performance feedback & reports to Company management and clients.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Having at least 5 years of relevant working experience in telemarketing or call center
• Minimum 2 years in managerial capacity, in managing sales personnel
• Experience in banking and insurance industry
• Excellent command in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to multitask, in handling multiple telesales campaign
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate leadership quality, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Customer and sales oriented
