A challenging Manufacturing Japanese company located in surrounding Cikarang, has needed the qualified candidate to be posted in:

SENIOR SUPERVISOR PGA

Specific Requirements:

• Min. D-3 , (preferred ; S-1 Administration / Law / Management / Psychology with GPA 3.00).
• Female / Male max. 36 years old.
• Min. 4 years experience as senior supervisor level in HRD field ( especially payroll system, Jamsostek, Tax Income, recruitment, training, administration and labor matters ).
• Good Knowledge Labor Regulation and it’s implementation.
• Familiar handling Labor Union.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken ( plus Japanese is preferred ).
• Computer literate MS Office software ( min. Excel and Word ).
• Familiar with HR system ( Spisy , etc ).
• Well understand and familiar with ISO : QMS and EMS.
• Understand in developing HR procedures and regulation.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication & presentation skill.
• Having good logic and strong analytical ability.
• Self motivated & able to work underpressure.
• Work location : Cikarang Bekasi
