Retail Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for operational duties, such as: management of stocks, pricing, coding and display of merchandise, maintenance of the overall cleanliness and appearance of the boutique and etc. Key functions include managing and motivating sales staffs to achieve sales targets set for the boutique, merchandise selection and inventory management

This is highly demanding job and you must possess the following:

• Strong leadership qualities in leading boutique staff to optimize sales and excel in customer service

• Proven track records in retail operations, especially with an international timepieces label

• Sales driven with strong planning, administrations and organizational skills

• Numeric and proficient in MS Office software applications

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to multi-task

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a university degree preferably an overseas graduate
• At least 3 years of experience in retail management level
• Full-Time positions available.
