SOCIAL COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST (JAKARTA RAYA)
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise to the facilities and act as liaison with corporate CSR department
- Supervise and oversee suppliers’ social compliance practices
- Participate on internal/external social compliance audits and inspections
- Oversee day-to-day management of factory inspection processes, including inspection scheduling, factory scoring and ranking, and post-inspection remediation
- Write/communicate Corrective Action Plans (CAP) with factories
- Analyze, discuss and follow-up on audits results. And outstanding CAP issues
- Manage all social compliance audit-related work streams and deliverables for the assigned countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Jordan and Philippines)
- Recommend to corporate corrective actions including, but not limited to, discontinuation of relationship with vendors
- Prepare training manuals and hold vendor summit and individual suppliers workshops independently
- Manage the completion of remediation programs resulting form FLA independent monitoring program on suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Min 5 years working experience in social compliance audit
- Must read, write and communicate in English
- Oral and written communications skills. Cross-functionally
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of local/international laws and regulations
- Statistics and numerical abilities
- Time management , teaching/coaching and presentation skills
- Able to work and influence senior management, work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Significant experience in factory operations, monitoring, and auditing
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status
