Reporting to : Country HR Manager Specific responsibilities - Develop the strategy to identify and to attract potential candidate internally and externally
- Gather all employment requisition from business line (yearly) and prepare employee data status and turnover report monthly to each sector
- Advertise job vacancy, sort and screen the application, conduct psychological assessment, evaluate applicant skill, pre-interview, and give recommendation to applicant qualification
- Recommend the candidate based on psychological result and pre-interview and arranging for 2nd interview with the user, HRD Manager, or MD so that the recruitment process is based on the plan
- Design and coordinate with any promotional event i.e. job fair, to support the recruitment activity and to pro-active & promote the awareness the job opportunity at universities
- Participate in Career Fair which is sponsored by the Company, interview the candidates for any position, cross-check reference and arranging medical check up
- Access the candidate and give recommendation to the user
- Select the best candidate according the position required and design an offering letter and prepare an employment agreement to selected candidate
- Conduct exit interview, statistical analysis on employment turnover and develop the recovery program
- Prepare all documentation and facility (computer, chair, phone, etc) which is required so that the recruitment process can conduct smoothly
- Update employee database
Profile - Degree in Psychology major, preferably with Psychology proficiency or member of Indonesian Psychological Association
- At least 4 years experience in human resources areas
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibilities, able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule
- Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment to meet goals
- A high level of motivation and energy.
Skills - Good in interview skill.
- Experience in interview method.
- Able to produce the data and recommendation.
- Excellent spoken and written skills
