Job Desc:

  • Define and build excellent brand image through proactive and strategic marketing and public relations programs with the aim of creating maximum brand exposure in all regions
  • Lead, direct and plan the seasonal product collections, VM direction and pricing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives
  • Work closely with promotional partners, suppliers, advertising and PR agencies on various marketing/ brand building initiatives
  • Provide production and merchandising management including, but not limited to, OTB, cost analysis, quality control, inventory control and suppliers and material sourcing, etc to ensure sales revenue and growth objectives of the Company

Requirement

  • University graduate in Marketing or Fashion, min GPA = 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Maximum age 28 years old
  • A minimum of 2 years solid brand management and product development experience gained within fashion retail sectors
  • Result oriented, dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked and able to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner and rally others’ support
  • Proven ability to coordinate internal resources in order to grow sales
  • Strong in communicating with people from different background and at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
