Regional Sales Manager Code: RSM

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach key District Sales Manager within national area and PSR in own region, achieve sales target and grow business sales within region in line with GSK policies. Ensure execution and follow up of marketing and other programs designated by head office.

Requirements:

• Holds a minimum of bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university is required with minimum of 2 years professional experiences at the same position, preferably from multinational pharmaceutical background.
• Possession of strong analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal, demonstration of high energy, positive ambition and innovation are essentials.
• Proficiency in English is a preferable.
