We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Oil Palm Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. PT. Agro Indomas is the Groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 60,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Central Kalimantan, South and East Kalimantan. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in Kalimantan.
CSR Assistant (Kalimantan Selatan)
Responsibilities:
Supervise and implement CSR and community development programs and initiatives of Agro Indomas in the area of education, healthcare, public infrastructure, economy development and socio-cultural
Maintain good relationships with local community and government
Public awareness and education to generate supports from local stakeholders to plantation operations and development
Establish mutual understanding and trust with local NGOs
Coordinate the implementation of corporate communication and/or public relations strategy and activities in the company
Preparation of regular CSR reporting.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan.
Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Willing to travel to remote area
Computer literate
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Social & Counselling Service or equivalent.
Experience in NGO/LSM is an advantage
