Chief Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Assists in establishment and enforcement of policies and procedures for the Finance/Tax Department.
- Assists in budget preparation, implementation, and administration
- Prepares monthly and special finance and accounting statements and reports.
- Balances all receipts and tax collections.
- Maintains general records of accounts according to established accounting classifications, including various ledger, registers, and journals.
- Posts entries to books and computer from supporting records, makes adjustments, and prepares financial statements.
Requirements:
- Must be posses at least Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Five (5) years of professional level accounting experience
- Ability to effectively manage, supervise, and evaluate assigned personnel.
- Knowledge of procedures and operating budget preparation and administration; ability to monitor and control the budget.
- Knowledge of current governmental accounting practices.
- Fluent in Mandarin
