Customer Service Assistant (Denpasar, Medan, Pekanbaru, Makassar)
Report directly to Depot Manager. This position is responsible to handle incoming calls, customer’s inquiry and complaint, as well as assist to fill customer needs and to maintain our service excellence.
Qualifications: min diploma 3 degree, with min 2 years experience in related field especially service industry/freight forwarding, fluent use of written and spoken English & computer literate, excellent communication skills.
