Accounting Officer (Cashier & Billing)
As a Cashier, you will assist Assistant Clinic Manager in handling daily job such as; collecting payment from patients by cash, Credit Cards, Cashless Medical Service. To enter all data into the system. Prepare Voids and Adjustment Forms as necessary. To ensure that all Payments and clinic System are updated on daily basis in the computer, handling complaints. To create a comfortable environment for patient in the clinic.
As a Billing staff, you will assist Invoicing Manager to prepare and process all the invoice, collecting the data, communicate with clients and other departments and make a proper report. Make sure the accuracy of the invoice.
Key Skills / Qualities
- Diploma/ University graduate from Finance/Accounting or Admin background, with min. 2 year experience in related field
- Computer literate
- Good English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills
- Have integrity, honest and able to work under preasure
- Have good interpersonal skill, and Customer Service oriented
