CSR Assistant (Kalimantan Selatan)
Responsibilities:
Supervise and implement CSR and community development programs and initiatives of Agro Indomas in the area of education, healthcare, public infrastructure, economy development and socio-cultural
Maintain good relationships with local community and government
Public awareness and education to generate supports from local stakeholders to plantation operations and development
Establish mutual understanding and trust with local NGOs
Coordinate the implementation of corporate communication and/or public relations strategy and activities in the company
Preparation of regular CSR reporting.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Reporting to the Rio Tinto Copper Group Country Director, the primary purpose for the Legal and External Affairs Specialist is to provide expert advice on legal and political issues, managing relationships with the other stakeholders including coordinating with Rio Tinto Legal (London) and external counsel.
This position will be an integral part in the Rio Tinto team in Mongolia. The role requires the ability to troubleshoot and identify complex problems in multiple areas, which may cut across cultural, social, organizational and geographical boundaries.
Requirements:
A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is required along with a high level capability in English and Mongolian. A sound understanding of Mongolian law, political processes and current public issues is required, along with experience working for a mining company and/or law firm. You will also have demonstrate a strong focus on safety, as well as the ability to develop productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and willingness to work in a developing country with a team from diverse cultural and language backgrounds.
